BOOK A SESSION
Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
This is the fee to be paid once the Photographer and Client have agreed upon a photography session date. This non-refundable reservation fee shall be paid in order for the Client to book the previously agreed upon date with the Photographer.
To reserve the Event date, The Client shall pay to Photographer, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $80.00. The Client understands and agrees that Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the Client cancels the Event on the Session Date, for any reason, the Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, the Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by the Client, such $80.00 shall be forfeited by the Client and paid to Photographer as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. The Client and Photographer agree that such amount is reasonable.
